Almost done!

The half new/half used Chili is done besides a couple details. I rode it on rollers to get the saddle and handlebar position set up, but that's it so far. It's been about 2 or 3 months in the making now.

Double chainguard setup for 1X10 gearing. Note how there is almost no clearance between the chainstay and the inner bash guard. There's about 1.5 mm or so of clearance.

Drivetrain. 2008 Rival cranks, 42T chainring, 11-28 10-speed cassette in the rear, 2008 SRAM Force rear derailleur.

Brake setup is Empella Frogglegs. I am not sure if I like these, there is very little adjustment. On the plus side, they look pro.

And the entire bike. The wheelset is Mavic SSC with ceramic sidewall (32H 2X front, 32H 2X rear non-drive, 3X drive side, DT Revolution spokes except for rear drive). Shifters are 09 Rival (only one is operational, only need the rear). Thomson stem and seatpost. I will be putting a red Selle Italia SLR on there when one creeps up on eBay.

Weighing with the bathroom scale (suspect method at best) puts it at 17.0 lb. I know it's not far from that.

I am going to get the steerer tube finished, and hopefully be able to blast around on it tomorrow!
