Sore!

My legs hurt. Obviously I am not used to moving without a bike between my legs. All that leaping around and running is killing me.

I better pick up on the cross training a bit, throw some running, weights, core work, and stretching in there.

The next couple weeks are going to be killers with lots of high intensity riding and cross training. Please excuse me while I do 12x 5 minute intervals with minimal rest... and probably puke up the barbacoa and rice burrito I just had.
