Start practice.
Found a new way to torture myself on two wheels. Warm up a bit. Find a wet, bumpy, grass field. Practice starts... and keep going for 2 minutes all-out. Rest a tiny bit and repeat a few times. Cool down with a jog. Feels a lot harder on the grass, you definitely have to put more in to keep your momentum up.
